  1. I made this dish on Instant pot. On Saute mode add oil, onion green chilli.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste & tomato & fry for a while
  3. Add your fav veggies. I used soya beans & carrot
  4. Add few spices.turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala & pepper powder
  5. Add washed 1:1 ratio moong & oat to the mixture.add 5 cups of water & salt to taste. Cook on high pressure mode for 15 mins.
  6. Top it with cashew pieces, ghee & cilantro. Enjoy!!
