  4. Note: You can sprinkle raisins that are lightly dusted with flour on your batter after you have poured it into your baking tray.

Gently mix the flour into the egg mixture using light hands so as not to deflate the eggs too much.

  1. Serve with a warm cup of tea or coffee.
