  1. Make ready 5-6
  2. Get 4 poblanos
  3. Get Philadelphia cream cheese
  4. Take cilantro
  5. Prepare minced garlic
  6. Get sour cream
  7. Make ready milk
  8. Take water
  9. Take spaghetti

The first step is to roast the poblano peppers. Repeat layering spaghetti, pepper puree, and cheese until all ingredients are used up. Peel the blackened skin from the chiles, and remove the seeds and stems. Blend them up with garlic, cream cheese, chicken stock, and herbs.

Instructions to make Green spaghetti:
  1. Cut open poblano peppers remove seeds and place on stove top till dark put in plastic bag afterwards to sweat them so they can be easier to peel
  2. You can cook spaghetti after the poblano peppers are roasted then drain(I did add salt to my spaghetti but that is optional) 🍝
  3. Next take poblano peppers already peeled, minced garlic,cilantro,sour cream, Philadelphia cream cheese and blend all together in blender
  4. Mix sauce together with spaghetti and it's ready to serve!!!!(I did not use milk because the cream cheese was enough to make it creamy)

Cook some spaghetti to al dente and toss in the green sauce. Now remove the spinach and garlic into a blender, add parmesan cheese, olive oil and blend till creamy and smooth. Now once pasta is cooked, drain it into a bowl. Add the green sauce to the hot pasta and.
