  1. Prepare 1 kilo Pork Belly /marinated
  2. Get 3 spoon cooking oil
  3. Prepare 2 Onion bulb
  4. Get Onion leeks
  5. Get 6 bulb of Garlic
  6. Take 6 pcs Bell Pepper
  7. Prepare 5 pcs Tomato
  8. Take Knor liquid seasoning

For the pork, put the bacon in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Stud the onion with the cloves and add to the pan with the dark brown sugar, bay leaves, peppercorns, chilli flakes and cider. This easy sautéed pork belly with hoisin goes well when served with common steamed buns, known as Chinese lotus leaf buns (a name because of the shape).   1. Slice pork Belly in adobo cut or just buy marinated barbeque pork
  2. Slice all the ingredients
  3. Saute the garlic and onion
  4. Add pork 10-15 minutes or until pork is browned and cooked through.
  5. Add onion and Tomato; sauté 3-4 minutes or until crispy tender.
  6. And add onion leeks wait for 1 minute mixed it properly and add some knor liquid for seasoning 😊
  7. Serve over rice, if desired

The pork belly is cut into dices, roasted, then braised with Chinese cooking wine, and finally caramelized. Pork belly is a boneless cut of fatty meat from the belly of a pig. Pork belly is particularly popular in Hispanic, Chinese, Danish, Korean and Philippine cuisine. Lay pork belly slices on an oven tray, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, cook in low oven until very tender, approximately. Transfer pork belly and marinade to a food-saver style vacuum bag and seal.
