  1. Get 1 cup maida
  2. Take to taste salt
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup butter

  7. Take 4-5 tbsp garlic
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp chilly flakes

Lasagna is a classic comfort food and this triple lasagna pan makes it simple to personalize your lasagna in one easy pan! My family likes to joke that I was a certain famous lasagna loving cat in another life and I'm pretty sure they are right haha. This pan of lasagna is also HUGE and makes for lots of leftovers. Instructions to make Lasagna in a pan:
  1. Take 1 cup maida, add. pinch of salt and knead a soft dough out of it
  2. Divide it into round portions and let it rest for 30 minutes
  3. Meanwhile prepare Red sauce..
  4. In a pan put 3tbsp oil and add chopped garlic, oregano and chili flakes
  5. Let the spices release their flavour in the oil
  6. Cut the tomatoes in 2 halves and add it in
  7. Put a pinch of salt and stir well
  8. Cover with lid and let it cook for around 10 min
  9. After 10 min, tomatoes must have released their skin.. remove the skin and continue cooking it till it leaves the sides
  10. Add tomato ketchup and salt
  11. Add little water and grind it into a coarse paste
  12. Adjust the water(here we want thin sauce)
  13. 2nd sauce is white sauce
  14. Take a pan put 2 tbsp butter and add maida
  15. Saute till the maida cooks properly
  16. Add milk and stir continuously
  17. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, shredded cheese 1 - 2 cubes
  18. Keep stiring till u get the consistency of a sauce
  19. Back to the dough..
  20. Take the small portions and roll it into very thin sheets (sheets should be of the shape and size of your pan)
  21. Let the sheets rest on cooling racks for 30 minutes
  22. Now in a pan put 2-3 tbsp oil.. add garlic, oregano and chilli flakes
  23. Let the spices release their flavour in oil
  24. Now add finely chopped onions, carrots, potatoes, capsicum, beans, corn
  25. Cook till the veggies are soft and tender
  26. Add salt and black pepper and switch off the flame
  27. You can also put some lemon juice if you like tangy flavour
  28. Now Take a non stick pan put some red sauce in it and spread it well
  29. Then place a sheet on it
  30. Put some red sauce.. spread it well
  31. Now add veggie mixture all around
  32. Put some white sauce and some shreaded cheese
  33. Repeat the same process till 4-5 layers depending on the size of your pan
  34. There is not any specific way to arrange the layers (you can arrange the way you wish to)
  35. Switch on the gas and cook this on slow flame for around 25 minutes
  36. Let it cool for 15 minutes and cut into 4 or 6 pieces and serve

How to prepare in advance: You can make the meat sauce and ricotta filling in advance, then assemble the lasagna and bake whenever you're ready. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Cook the beef, salt, and pepper until the moisture has evaporated and the beef is starting to brown. Using a large spoon or a spatula, push some of the beef mixture toward the side of the pan, creating a gap that allows you to slide lasagna sheets underneath. This recipe for frying pan lasagna is just further proof of my undying love for my cast iron frying pan and my undying search for any way to get out of the complicated production that is involved in making traditional lasagna.
