  8. I have garnish mine with thin strips of cheese, and served with fresh salsa

Using a slotted spoon, remove the vegetables to a plate. Add the remaining oil to the skillet, then add the chicken slices. Add the chicken to the basket along with the peppers, onion, and seasoning. Spray evenly with a coat of olive oil cooking spray. Halfway through the cooking time, open the lid and stir up the fajita meat, then spray with another coat of olive oil spray.
