Steps to make Non-veg Chinese platter:
  1. Fried rice- Heat some oil.Sauted all the vegetables except ginger with sauce, black pepper & salt. Then add the rice & prepared scrambled egg & serve it.
  2. Veg Manchurian- Heat some oi. Add all the chopped vegetables, Salt, different sauces, corn flour & Maida. Make small balls…. fry them. Use different sauces to make the gravy. Add the prepared balls & mix it properly.
  3. Fried chicken in red sauce- Take the boneless chicken piece. Marinate it with salt, black pepper & different sauces. Mix some maida to make the pakoras. Use different sauces to make the gravy. Add the prepared fried chicken in the sauce to serve it.
  4. Sauted all the vegetables except ginger. Add some salt, black pepper and different sauces. Add the boiled noodles & scrambled eggs & toss it.
  5. Fried momo- prepare a small dough for momo. Mix Chopped boneless chicken salt & pepper. Roll the dough for making puris. Add the stuffing fold it. Steam the momos for few minutes. Then fry all momos.
  6. All elements are ready for plating. Decorate your platter the way you want.
