  5. Take 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  1. Combine everything in the spray bottle. Shake to incorporate and that's it!
  2. Shake well before each use and reapply every 2-4 hours, if needed.
  3. Because of the essential oils, this is not recommended for young children (6 and younger). And of course, do your best to avoid getting this into your eyes.
  4. Before making this spray, I would also recommend testing the essential oils diluted with a carrier oil on your skin first, as some people's skin may be sensitive to essential oils. Also make sure to get 100% pure lemon eucalyptus essential oil, not a blend of lemon and eucalyptus essential oils.
