  1. In a pan, pour the oil and let it heat then add the minced beef stir and for 10mins.
  2. Add the onions and cook them till they are soft and tender then add the crushed garlic and ginger and cook for 5mins. Add the salt and pepper and continue to cook.
  3. Add the spices and cook for 5mins,add the diced tomatoes and cook them for 10minutes until they are soft and crushed then add the red wine and let the alcohol evaporate for 5mins.
  4. Add water or beef broth and bring to a boil. Correct seasoning if necessary and simmer for 30mins.
  5. In another saucepan, bring water to a boil then add salt, pepper, olive oil, stir and add the spaghetti.
  6. Cook for 7mins or to your preferable texture. When cooked drain the excess water and run the spaghetti through cold water to stop any further cooking.
  7. Place your spaghetti into a serving dish, place the bolognese on top in the center and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
