  5. Deep/shallow fry in batches till both sides are slightly brown and crisp (shallow frying may take more time for this process)
  6. Rest the fried chicken aside
  7. Make a thin paste of 2tb cornflour and water
  8. Heat sesame oil in a wok
  9. Add ginger garlic paste Sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
  10. Add orange juice,zest,sugar and salt. Mix well
  11. Add soy sauce and fried chicken
  12. Cook on Low heat till the gravy thickens to the desired consistency
  13. Take off heat and garnish with white sesame seeds and spring onion greens
  14. Serve hot with plain rice and sautéed/grilled veggies
  15. Tip: If shallow frying the chicken, make sure you do the same on medium-Low heat only.it may be time consuming, but the chicken needs to cook well.
