Steps to make Salmon and Noodles:
  1. Mix the honey, mustard, ginger lemon lime and zest together. Then, leave the salmon marinading in the honey and lime mixture.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil to steam the broccoli and cook the noodles. Remember to cook the noodles as it instructs on the packet. The broccoli take about 10 minutes until the florets are a bright green.
  3. Heat the first knob of butter in a frying pan until it starts to slightly bubble. Remove the salmon from the marinade
  4. Fry the salmon skin side down (if you like it with skin on)for 2 minutes then turn as cook the other side. Add the marinade and turn down the heat, simmer for 5 mins.
  5. Put the noodles on a plate and add salmon, pour marinade over the top and decorate with broccoli.
  6. Tip: If you would like more sauce then double the quantities to make the marinade. Add other veg if you prefer.

Cook noodles as directed on the package and drain well. Mix the noodles with the cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir well and add salt to taste.
