  5. Take very little oil add garlic and add the bell peppers add stock and slightly stir fry them with salt and pepper
  6. Similarly stir fry the Brocolli,Mushrooms and zucchini too.Do not cook the vegetables.
  7. On our gravy spread the sitfried peppers, Mushrooms and broccoli
  8. Arrange the zucchini on top
  9. Spread the cheese
  10. Put the kadai back on stove and cook till the cheese melts
  11. Serve as it is.
