Steps to make Vegetable Burger:
  1. Chopping and Slicing vegetables ingredients
  2. Chop Onion in a fine small pieces
  3. Set a side
  4. Chop tomato
  5. Here is chopped onion and tomato and chargha masala
  6. In a pan take oil. Heat it in medium flame add zeera and fry till it become brownish.
  7. Add chopped onion and cook till it become translucent.
  8. Add tomato paste and cook.
  9. Add green chilli and cook.
  10. Add chargha masala and mix well.
  11. Add lemon juice and mix.
  12. Add red chilli powder and salt
  13. Mix all stuff
  14. Add carrot and cook in low flame
  15. Mash boiled potato
  16. Add potato in pan and mix it with onion tomato stuff.
  17. Now it's done. Set aside
  18. Light fry all pieces of bun by greasing ghee
  19. It's ready for assembling
  20. Beat egg and make omlet
  21. Cut into two pieces
  22. All sliced vegetable ingredient ready for assembling
  23. Apply mayonnaise in one side.
  24. Then apply ketchup.
  25. Spread stuff
  26. Keep sliced vegetables on top of stuff.
  27. Covered with sec part of bun.then apply ketchup again on surface.
  28. Spread shami kabab and keep onion sliced on top
  29. Keep omlet piece on top and covered with last part of bun
  30. It's ready
