  2. Now grease the idli moulds and add fruit salt and mix gently and pour the batter in a idli moulds and allow it to steam for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes cool down the idlis and demould it.Now take a pan add 2 tbsp butter and roast the idlis to make it crispy from both sides.
