  10. For the last hour, discard foil and pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  11. Again transfer the bottom ribs to the top with the meaty sides faced down. Bake 1 hour.
  12. Lastly, be sure all ribs are covered in sauce. Let sit for 5 minutes and dig in.
