  4. Oil you foil packs very well Then pour the right amount of the plantain mixture into it and place inside a pot with boiling water
  5. Cover with a foil paper to prevent it loosing the steams and allow to cook for 20mins… Once it set and the surface is dry…know that your Plantain Pudding is ready…
  6. You can serve this Pkantain pudding with Ogi, custard or oats… The colour is usually.dark, but am guessing since I dried and made my Unriped Plantatin flour myself, it came out light yellow… Also because it wasn't cooked with palm oil and in moin moin leaves, the colour is so.lovely.
