  1. In large pot, add broth cumin, and salt. Add rice. Cook until most if water has evaporated, then cover and reduce heat.
  2. Sautee onions, garlic, and jalepeno in small pan until tender. Add to broth.
  3. In separate pot, heat black beans and lime juice.
  4. Top with sour cream and green onions if desired.

Add onion mixture and all remaining ingredients, except the red wine vinegar, to the beans and bring to a boil. Smash some of the beans with the back of a fork to thicken. Top with the radishes and cilantro. Congri is enjoyed all over Cuba, but it's prepared a little differently from town to town.
