  1. Cut into small cubes chicken breast. Marinate them with little salt and vinegar,tomato puree,tandoori masala,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric and garam masala for an hour.Meanwhile slice onions finely,chop cucumber,capsicum and scrape carrot.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil and fry the marinated chicken on high heat for 2 minutes.Then add the capsicum and 1 tbsp sliced onion and saute on medium heat for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. For the dough : Mix flour with pinch of salt,1 tbsp oil and water as required.Knead into a dough and make approximately 3 to 4 lemon sized balls out of it.
