  24. Take 1 1/2 quart water
  25. Make ready 2 tbsp cayenne pepper powder

  27. Prepare 2 tbsp ground black pepper
  28. Make ready 1 can chicken broth or beef your choice (15 ounces)
  29. Make ready 1/2 stick butter
