  2. Fill a saucepan with boiling water, add the bouillon and add the rice. Cook for 10 mins on a rolling boil, then drain, return to the warm pan, and put the lid on.
  3. Put a frying pan on medium heat, and add a drizzle of oil. Once hot add the chicken and fry until fully cooked, turning regularly. As they are sliced thin, they should cook in roughly the same time as the rice.
  4. All done, serve the chicken and rice, with a vegetable of your choice.

Combine the cubed chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika and stir until well-coated. Line a high-sided baking pan or roasting tray with parchment paper. Combine garlic, ginger, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, and cumin in a small bowl. Whisk yogurt, salt, and half of spice mixture in a medium bowl; add chicken and turn to coat. Full of incredible flavours, it rivals any Indian restaurant!
